This is just a business to a bigger company Cydcor. The owner here displays favoritism and doesn t enforce standards. He gives opportunity to those who underperform and will preach that the approach to the office is systematic And that they display integrity yet fail to adhere to the standard as part of the system put in place on a weekly basis. I personally had a great experience here but really sad to see a sales company reward those who preform at a very low level consistently with opportunity and for those who underperform taking on leadership roles and coaching others. Scary sight to see. In addition, this company tries to preach health and wellness but has no benefits whatsoever. This company just doesn t add up.
