I have been a customer of Birnam Tree Farms for many years and I must say that their service is average at best. The selection of trees is decent, but the prices are a bit high compared to other nurseries in the area. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, but sometimes it can be difficult to get assistance during busy times. Overall, an okay experience.
