I've used the services of a few different CPA firms before, and Brian Ringler And Associates, Inc. has been among the average ones. While they are knowledgeable and efficient, their customer service could use some improvement. I haven't encountered any major issues, but there have been a few instances where communication and responsiveness were lacking. Overall, they get the job done, but there's definitely room for improvement.
