I recently purchased a pair of Sanagens shoes and I have mixed feelings about them. While the style and design are great, I found them to be slightly uncomfortable after wearing them for a long period of time. The customer service was prompt in responding to my concerns, but their solution didn't completely resolve the issue. I hope Sanagens takes customer feedback into consideration and improves the comfort of their shoes.
