This was an eye opening experience. Food is a precious commodity and we should all be mindful and try not to waste. This is very organized, and the time that the coordinator puts in is commendable. She not only gives directions on what to do, but she helps as well.
Please take the time to go out and lend a helping hand. You will not regret it.
