My agent Zephry tells me he is going to take care of a safety issue at the house I am about to close on then find out day of the closing he isn't and tells me if I don't close I need to retain a attorney. Do not use this company they have shady realtors that represent them. I did retain a attorney lucky for me I have one in my family but for people that do not this company does not represent your best interest at least in my case. Garry Greens realtors lie lie lie in my case also saying seller requires us to use Texas American Title which was a lie. Do not use Texas American Title they are some how working with Garry Green. Run from Garry Green realtors they as well as my broker Linsey lie and do anything to get the deal done.
