I recently hired this company's services for a home security system. The experience was average overall. The website was easy to navigate and provided detailed information about their products and pricing. Placing the order was a straightforward process.

The installation team was competent and efficient, but I felt they lacked the personal touch. They seemed more focused on completing the job quickly rather than ensuring I fully understood how to operate the system. The customer support was responsive when I had questions but wasn't very proactive in following up after the installation.
