I recently had the opportunity to engage with a company specializing in manhole construction. I must say that my experience with them was quite average. The company's website was easy to navigate and provided sufficient information about their services. However, I found the overall customer service to be lacking. The response time to my queries was slow, and there was minimal follow-up communication. On the positive side, the company did complete the construction of the manhole within the promised timeframe, and the quality of their work was satisfactory. However, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of communication and customer engagement. Therefore, I would rate this company as average.
