I have been a customer of Desjardins financial security independent network - toronto west centre for several years now and I must say that their service has been consistently average. While they do provide the basic financial services that I need, I have found their rates to be on the higher side compared to other companies. The overall experience has been satisfactory, but there is definitely room for improvement.
