I have owned and driven many (pre-owned/used) vehicles over the years. This time I made up my mind that I wanted my first NEW truck, and Cliff Blakey made this experience very easy and enjoyable. It was a very smooth transaction and a nice experience overall. When I first decided to start looking for the particular truck that I wanted I e-mailed many dealerships and the interaction that I had with Cliff stuck out from the beginning. He was very helpful in finding EXACTLY what I was looking for. If I could give him more than five stars I would. I have many Toyota dealerships in my area but I drove out of my way to do business with Sun Toyota because of my interaction with Cliff. The only bad issue that I have to report is that when looking the truck over we noticed that the Drivers door was not closing properly. There seems to be something wrong with the latch. When we pointed this out to Cliff he took it to the service department and it appears that THEY sprayed oil on it and then blamed the issue on the back door not being closed properly. When we inspected it again it was still closing (or not closing) the same way (even when the back door is closed solidly). Since it was getting late we wound up leaving the dealership without it being resolved. I hope that this issue can be resolved on my next visit.
