🦐 The company website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. It provides detailed information about different types of shellfish products available. However, I found the overall customer service to be average. Although the delivery was on time, the packaging could have been improved. Some of the seafood arrived slightly damaged, which was disappointing. Additionally, the taste of the shellfish was not exceptional. It lacked the freshness and flavor I was expecting.
