I have been a customer of Carter Bank & Trust for several years now and I must say that their service has been consistently average. Nothing too great, but nothing terrible either. The website is easy to navigate and their customer support is responsive. However, I do wish they had more competitive interest rates for their savings accounts. Overall, I would rate them as average.
