For getting a business.. misleading the people that is the business they are doing. Why unnecessarily giving false commitments and after taking or buying the product then WHAT COMMITMENTS... They will get the commission and the incentives, may be that is the reason he haven't took the calls as well. I surprise how EMIRATES NBD like one reputed bank appointed them as their sales agents!!!!
