Synergy power is an average company. Their solar panels are decent, but nothing special. I would recommend exploring other options before settling for Synergy power. The customer service was satisfactory and they were helpful in answering my questions, although there were times when it took longer than necessary to get a response. Overall, my experience with Synergy power was average at best.
