We ordered for delivery through Uber Eats. Unfortunately, the driver forgot half of the order in his car. After many repeated attempts to contact Uber support, I called Marky's directly and the manager brought over the remaining piece of the order himself, no questions asked--a truly outstanding customer service response. I feel sad that Uber's mistakes and poor customer service will be how many people interact with this business. Marky's is more committed to customer happiness than most other places I've shopped.
