I recently purchased new flooring from this company and their selection was quite impressive. However, the customer service left much to be desired. 🤨 The sales staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful, and it took quite a while to get assistance. Additionally, the installation process was not as smooth as I had hoped, with some minor issues that needed to be addressed. Overall, the quality of the product is good, but the overall experience was just average. I hope they can improve their customer service and streamline their installation process to provide a better experience for future customers.
