Southern forest has a good range of products, but their customer service needs improvement. I had an issue with one of my orders and it took multiple emails and calls to get it resolved. The responsiveness of their customer service team was quite low. However, once my issue was escalated, it was resolved satisfactorily. I would suggest Southern forest to focus on improving their customer service for a better overall experience.
