I have mixed feelings about Pkc group plc. While their products are of good quality, their customer service leaves much to be desired. It often takes a long time to get a response from their support team, and when I do, the solutions they offer are not always helpful. I have had to escalate several issues to their management to get them resolved. Overall, it's an okay company, but there is definitely room for improvement.
