In 2014 my business attempted to do business with Tru-Art. The communication was poor than and sadly it is til this day. 7 years later we were interested in possbily giving them another opportunity to do business with us. I contacted them in January 2021 and never heard back from them until I made the phone call today to the president. Whom...evidently doesn't find getting business back in good repor a priority. Communcation is important in a company. True-ART is lacking.
