As a long-time customer of Boston Properties, I must say that their services are average. While they do provide a decent range of properties, the customer service could be improved. I found their website to be user-friendly and informative, although the overall experience left me wanting more. It would be great if they could offer more flexibility in their lease agreements. Overall, not a bad company, but definitely room for improvement.
