We booked this hotel for 6 people in November 2019. Price / performance was very good. For Italian standards there was a good breakfast. (Only the ice cold green boiled eggs were a disaster) It would have been nice if the staff had smiled now and then. That was completely missing! Both in the breakfast room and at the reception. You weren't a guest anymore. Unfortunately, we didn't notice anything about Italian warmth. PITY. There was no storage space in the bathroom. Otherwise we really liked the room, especially the beautiful snow-white towels. The hotel's shuttle service, which took us to the old town and back to the hotel in the evening, was great. During the day you can easily walk into the old town. Otherwise, the traffic connection is also good. We would book the hotel again at any time.
