A very professional yet friendly approach. First time met with Omer Malik at one of his open house, he is well organized, listen thoroughly to all the details of client's house selling and new house buying requirements and manage to remember it.
Minmaxx provided us a qualified home stagger, Suggested a handyman team when asked for and a professional photographer to prepare our home to be listed on MLS.
Omer worked from early morning to late night and able to sell our home in just 4 days. Wow.!! we had over 50 showing in 4 days and 3 competitive offers. Hmmmm....we sold our house not only with 'over asking price' but also 'sold at record price'
Omer knows about all Mattamy Homes-Model name, Sq.fts and obviously right market price in the community. He will have details on- hand for properties that you are considering to buy.

Minmaxx Team: Hats off to them. i was able to see that, Minmaxx work as a team whether someone scheduling showing appointments or another Minmaxx realtor helping when Omer is away from the town. All appointment were scheduled with requests first followed by the email confirmations.

Degree of professionalism comes with experience and dedication to the service. Minmaxx is a full service realty comes only with 1% commission. House selling could be stressful but when you have a right Realtor, i think its take away all the stress out of it and makes a wonderful experience.
