After negotiations on a new 2020 BMW M8 at their BMW of Charlottsville store WITH THE GENERAL MANAGER direct

manager claimed I DID NOT QUALIFY FOR TIER 1 with BMW FINANCIAL at what he claims as my credit score of 740!!! WAIT WHAT?
