Came out again to some great instructors. Camera worked in all my session this time. Especially enjoyed getting instruction from JD. His input was concise and I felt it was adjusted well to my experience level. Logistically I was told by a customer rep that I could take the complimentary shuttle (intended for the session before mine) from the Aria to EXR, but the shuttle didn't show up. Calling in, I was told I had to get my own ride there as the shuttle wasn't running at that time. A bit disappointing that didn't work out, but I'll definitely be back again and hope to finally have a 100% positive experience.

One of the cars I had reserved and paid for in advance broke the week of my EXR experience. I appreciated that they let me know in advance, giving me several options, and put me in a similarly valued car, but it certainly was not my first choice for what I was interested in paying for. I paid for the onboard video, but some of my footage was missing. They offered for me to have a free onboard video on my next visit. It seems like I had some bad luck this time, but I had a positive experience and definitely plan on coming back. I would recommend to ask for instructor Jason Aquino if you are planning to do an EXR experience at Las Vegas. I found his in-car instructions to be concise and helpful for my learning style, and I felt safe with him in the car. Overall I would recommend EXR to friends and hope to bring a new group of friends each time I'm back!
