Sanofi k.k. is an average company. The website (sanofi.co.jp) provides sufficient information about their products and services. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The response time was slow, and the support staff seemed uninterested in helping me. Overall, my experience with Sanofi k.k. was just okay.
