I ordered two pairs of sunglasses, they never arrived on the estimated order date. I asked ASOS for a tracking number and they didn't have one but told me to check back in two weeks. I chatted with 6 people total on their online chat system and was promised a refund twice but after waiting and waiting and discussing online for 3 weeks past the delivery date "Alice" and "Luke" from chat denied me a refund and both closed the chat. Very disappointing that a company as big as this can't afford to pay $1 for tracking for their customers well being.
