I had a mixed experience with Simply Safety Pte Ltd. While their training courses were informative and well-structured, their customer service was not up to the mark. The trainers were knowledgeable and provided practical examples to explain the concepts, which was great. However, the communication from the customer support team was lacking. Often, it took them a long time to respond to my queries, and I had to follow up multiple times. Considering the importance of timely responses in the safety industry, I expected better service. Overall, the quality of their training is good, but they need to improve their customer support.
