No one answers the phone. I filed a claim for a quantity claim for a vehicle sold in Guadalix de la Sierra, which corresponds to Colmenar Viejo, they took me 8 months up and down, because they say that it is not within their competence (which it is, but remove the subject from above) and they sent me the documentation to Madrid, they do not know how to tell me where, to call the Dean of Civil Affairs in Madrid and let them inform me, but I have been calling daily for weeks, at all hours and no one picks up the phone.
