We have dealt with Team Insurance for just over one year. They can be best described as incompetent, negligent and totally unaware of customer service or the customer experience. You never know who you will get on any given day. Have not been impressed with their expertise and they forgot to handle a transfer of coverage to another home. Good thing I followed up. We took our business elsewhere and got same day service at a high standard of customer service.
