I recently used the services of Behavral Psychlgical Fmly Services and I must say it was an average experience. The therapist was professional and knowledgeable, but I felt like the sessions were just going through the motions. The techniques taught were effective to some extent, but I didn't see much progress in my own mental well-being. Overall, it was an okay experience but I expected more.
