The customer service was great, not pushy at all and still very informative of any questions I had. I was about 15 min late due to my taxi not showing up on time and they couldn't have been more easygoing about it. I got a 30 minute facial and 30 min massage from Francesca and she was wonderful! Very knowledgeable and did not rush me out. I had never received a facial before and she explained everything she was doing as she did it which really helped relax me through the process. During the massage she used a slow to medium pace and knew how to properly affect muscles without causing pain. I actually felt great for a whole month following her massage! I was visiting from PA and boy I wish I could have brought her home with me, I can't wait to go back to Atlanta just to get a massage from her again! Next time I'm doing an hour or 90 min lol!
