I sent an inquiry to this law firm via email. Prior to this, I contacted two other firms, neither one got back to me. Not only did Mr. Guttman called back the very next day, but once he called he was very patient in listening to my concerns, gave me advice as to what my options were and what was in my best interest. Even though at this time I ended up not needing the services provided by this law firm, he never made me feel like I was a bother or try to end the conversation until all of my concerns were addressed.
