My experience with A.e. scott designs was a bit disappointing. While their products are unique and of good quality, the customer service could use some improvement. It took them a while to respond to my inquiry, and when they did, their response was not very helpful. However, I was pleased with the fast shipping and secure packaging. Overall, an average experience.
