Trying to be patient as they hold multiple payments that they ACH d from my account after I refinanced with someone else. They claim to need my bank statements as proof that the money was taken from my account. Shady scam with no recourse. My wife called and was on hold for almost 2 hours, called from her cell while being on hold and got someone that read the on-hold call log to her. I ve opened multiple support tickets- when does the right person get involved to fix things? Unbelievable how dishonest this company has been.
