This company is unbelievable. I wish that I could...

This company is unbelievable. I wish that I could give 0 stars , however it is not an option here. So 1 star is way too nice. My husband and I had some storm damage to our roof, which also caused damage in our kitchen. We had to file an insurance claim with our home owners. We had a pretty sizable check written out, however, since the damage was over a certain amount, they also had to put the mortgage company on the check. We were told, by Loancare, that we had to send them the check, to be endorsed, and then they would send it back for us to cash and have our repairs completed. Told this wouldn t take more than a week. IT HAS BEEN 2 WEEKS, and now we are being told that, we don t know where the check is , and you re delinquent on your mortgage (NOT EVEN CLOSE TO BEING TRUE!), you have to front all the money, then we inspect to make sure that everything is done properly, then you can have 30% of the money , we need all information from the workers you hired... all their insurance information, tax info, etc . No one knows who you should talk to and who does what in this company. Mortgage end says all is good and we should be receiving our check, claims says no. They are also so unprofessional that two of their own employees were FIGHTING with each other over the phone! I have NEVER in my life ever seen such HORRIBLE customer service, and such fraud from a company. Absolutely criminal. My husband is already speaking with an attorney, and a lawsuit WILL be filed.
