Little upset with the quality of services provided...

Little upset with the quality of services provided given the amount they charge ...
Pool was dirty and when complained got reply that it will be cleaned post lunch, which never happened. Food was also so so and not very great. Also the indoor activities were too costly vis a vis extra amount charged.
