They would perform ECT on people under 18. ECT is ...

They would perform ECT on people under 18. ECT is for people over 18 and/or those with psychosis, psychotic depression, or those who are catatonic. In other words: they abuse children. This is a hospital of horrors. Please, please, PLEASE, do not send your children here. Their psychiatrists are alright, so just see them directly instead.
