I have been a customer of State Trading Organisation (STO) for several years now and I must say that their services are average. The company website sto.mv is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, the customer service is not up to the mark. There have been instances where my queries were not resolved satisfactorily. Overall, I would rate STO as an average company.
