My stay at Birds Valley Resort was a mixed experience. While the location and surroundings were beautiful, there were a few aspects that could have been improved. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, but the service at the restaurant was slow. The food was average and could have been better. However, the staff was friendly and made an effort to address any issues. With some improvements, this resort has the potential to be great.
