I have had mixed experiences with CORP Of Mercer Univ. Sometimes their services are great, but other times they fall short. The website about.mercer.edu is user-friendly and informative. However, their customer service can be inconsistent. There have been occasions where I received excellent support, while other times it took a frustratingly long time to get assistance. Overall, I would rate them average.
