The experience with The American Fallen Soldiers Project, Inc. was just okay. I expected better service and communication. The website was not user-friendly and it was quite difficult to find the information I needed. The overall process was a bit frustrating. However, I do appreciate the efforts made by the organization in honoring fallen soldiers.
