Seriously ... call the site with the complaint that the stairwell is so dirty that you can not hold anything because otherwise you will contract dirty diseases and the only thing you will be told is that they keep agreements with their cleaning company And they don't do anything about it ... then you get a cleaning fee back when they could have done that money to keep that pigsty of a stairwell clean.
BAH BAH BAH !!
