I had a bit of a mixed experience with Ubookdirect. While their website was easy to use and navigate, I encountered some issues when trying to modify my reservation. Thankfully, their customer service team was helpful in resolving the problem. Overall, I appreciate the convenience Ubookdirect offers, but improvements can be made in terms of reservation management.
