You know how it goes...car shopping means hours and hours at various dealerships. You go there having done your homework and with an idea of how much you want to spend. Then you sit and wait while the sales person goes back and forth to the sales manager to run numbers. I just went through this. It's frustrating and exhausting. I went to the Mercedes dealership in Doylestown and was there for over two hours and left without the car or the deal I wanted. The salesman in Doylestown was friendly, and with all the time he spent with me it's a shame he lost the sale.

Had I started the process by calling Mercedes of Ft. Washington, I'd have saved tons of time and would have been much less stressed. Lesson learned. I called Mercedes of Ft. Washington and was fortunate to speak to a salesman named Kevin Neumann. I told him which car and options I wanted and within minutes he called me back with an awesome deal! Was he trying to offer me a pre-owned car with thousands of miles on it like the other dealership did? No. Was he trying to up sell me to a more expensive car with more options than I wanted? No. It was the easiest car deal I've ever experienced. The good service didn't end there. He got much of the process completed before I arrived to the dealership, which saved me time and streamlined the process. He's friendly and professional. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

If you're in the market for a new car, don't waste your time and energy at other dealerships. You don't need to pay extra for a car because it's sitting in a Doylestown car lot. I highly recommend Kevin Neumann if you want someone who's knowledgeable and will exceed your expectations.
