I had a great experience at the Blackstone Renaissance Hotel & Mercat a la Planxa. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. The location was perfect for exploring downtown Chicago. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. 😊
