I recently purchased some orthopedic supplies from an online store. The products I received were good overall, but the customer service could have been better. The website of the company is easy to navigate, but the shipping process took a bit longer than expected. However, the quality of the products met my expectations. I would consider buying from them again, but I hope they improve their customer support.
