I've been attending hot yoga classes at Sumits for a few months now and I can't recommend it enough. The instructors are knowledgeable and create a friendly atmosphere. The studio is clean and well-maintained. The classes are challenging but fun. I feel stronger and more flexible since I started practicing here. Check it out!
