I suspect that this concept will come into its own...

I suspect that this concept will come into its own if you come here more often. If you only go here once it really just results in a very limited map. It would be more appealing to me that you can only choose from meat or fish, for example, and that you do not know in advance what you will get. Now you are only limited in your choice. Enough restaurants where you can be surprised by the choices of the chef, with unique dishes and ditto taste as a result. In addition, I was not very impressed with what I got to eat, especially in relation to the price.
