🧘‍♂️🧘‍♀️ I absolutely loved the meditation retreat organized by a.m.e.s. It was an amazing opportunity to connect with myself and others on a deeper level. The instructors were knowledgeable and created a safe space for everyone. I left feeling refreshed and more centered. Can't wait for the next retreat! 🙏
