The experience with Bar Roulette was average. The concept of not knowing which bar you will end up at is intriguing, but it also adds an element of uncertainty. The service at the first bar we visited was slow and the drinks were not impressive. However, the second bar we went to had a great atmosphere and the cocktails were delicious. Overall, it was an okay experience and I would consider trying it again.
